A Good Deed with a Wild Twist: Woman Rescues What She Thought Was a House Kitten, But Turns Out to be a Puma Jaguarundi
Florencia Lobo’s act of kindness towards what she believed to be two abandoned house kittens turned into a wild adventure when she discovered that one of them was actually a puma jaguarundi.
The woman and her brother found the kittens on the side of a road in Tucuman Province, Argentina and took them in to care for them.
Unfortunately, one of the kittens didn’t survive, but the other one, which Florencia named Tito, thrived under her care.
However, two months after the rescue, the woman took Tito to the vet and discovered the shocking truth that he was a wild feline.
After this surprising revelation, Florencia took Tito to a nature reserve, where they confirmed that he was actually a jaguarundi.
